A fun, easy-bake treat and basically this is the same process I used when I posted my Vegan Meringue blog post. Preheat your oven to 200F degrees. Take a can of beans (seriously any beans) and whip the juice in your mixer until they form stiff peaks.
Add your desired sugar while mixing. I used my red velvet mix before I piped my meringue kisses.
Bake for about 90 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. It varies depending on how big you pipe your kisses, the quantity per tray, and if you want them crispy or with a soft inside (kind of like marshmallow). So it’s best to keep an eye out for them.
I also made Christmas peppermint themed kisses (use peppermint extract). Because I mean who doesn’t love Christmas?
And peppermints?
And dipped them in luster gold.
This looks so delicious and creative 🙂
