If I didn’t mention it before (for the millionth time) I live in Houston, TX. And although it’s the 4th largest city in the country not many people will travel here for leisure. However if you do decide to stop by in Houston be sure to check out some of the cities beautiful street art and murals scattered across town. Here are a few my son and I have visited.
“Preservons la Creation”
Houston’s biggest mural (11,000-square-feet) at 2800 San Jacinto Street is done by French artist Sebastien “Mr. D” Boileau.
Hummingbird wall
This gorgeous piece is on the side of Frenetic Theater. 5102 Navigation Boulevard
Andy Warhol Mural
Mural located on the corner of San Jacinto St. & Drew Street
“Greetings from Houston”
This mural is located on the side of a gelato and pizza shop Gelazzi. It’s located at 3602 White Oak.
